Pixxel decided not to proceed with scheduled launch on the PSLV-C51 mission on the 28th of this month.
The lots of effort and time is given by the team for making the satellite, it did not make any sense to launch the satillite in rush, team don’t have complete confidence at this time.

“We wish the PSLV-C51 mission the absolute best as it takes off on 28th February 2021, albeit without us”
